The short version

Camera frames from a check-in are processed on your device and immediately discarded. We never receive, store or transmit video or images of you. What we do hold, if you create an account, is your email address and your own check-in history.

What the app processes on your device

Front-camera frames during a 30-second check-in — analysed locally, discarded immediately, never uploaded.
Your Focus Score and session history — stored locally by default.
Your app settings, chosen coach and reminder schedule.

What we receive

If you create an account: your email address, and an encrypted copy of your check-in history so it can move to a new device.
Diagnostics: aggregate crash and performance data, not linked to your identity.
Purchases: handled entirely by Apple and Google. We never see your card details.

This website

This site uses analytics and advertising measurement cookies to understand which pages lead to app downloads. You can decline non-essential cookies from the banner. We do not use this site to infer anything about your health.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that run our infrastructure (hosting, crash reporting, and advertising measurement), each under a data-processing agreement, and where the law requires it.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open and for 30 days after you delete it. Camera frames are never retained. Diagnostics are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data — from Settings > Privacy in the app, or by emailing info@healthmobilesoftware.com. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

EyeZenith is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be notified in the app.
