How EyeZenith works

EyeZenith is built around one loop that takes about a minute: check in, look at one number, take a short break. That’s it. There is no setup wizard, no onboarding quiz, and nothing to pair.

The 30-second check-in

Open the app and hold your phone at a comfortable arm’s length. The front camera watches for thirty seconds while you follow a simple on-screen prompt. Video frames are analysed on the device and discarded — no footage is uploaded, stored, or sent anywhere.

Your Focus Score

The check-in produces a single number between 0 and 100. It is a rough, everyday indicator of how long you’ve been at a screen and how settled your breathing is — nothing more precise than that, and deliberately so. A dashboard of twelve metrics is a dashboard nobody reads.

The 90-second reset

Based on your score and the time of day, EyeZenith suggests one short break:

  • Paced breathing — 4-7-8 or box breathing, with an on-screen pacer.
  • 20-20-20 eye break — look at something twenty feet away for twenty seconds.
  • Stand and stretch — a prompt to leave the desk.
  • Wind-down — a consistent routine for the end of your screen day.

Coaching that remembers

Eight coaching voices, each with a different tone — brisk, gentle, funny, quiet. Pick one and it remembers what you did yesterday, so it stops suggesting the break you already skipped three times.

What EyeZenith is not

EyeZenith is a general wellness and productivity app. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. If something about your wellbeing concerns you, talk to a qualified professional.
