2. What EyeZenith is

EyeZenith is a general wellness and productivity app. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. You use it at your own discretion.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must be 16 or older.

4. Subscriptions

A three-day free trial is available without payment details. Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically, and can be cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled under the store’s policy, not ours.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the app, resell access, or use it in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other users.

6. Intellectual property

The app, this site, and their content belong to Health Mobile Software. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app while your subscription is active.

7. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post changes here. We may suspend accounts that breach them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to consumer rights you have where you live.
