Does the app record video of me?

No. Frames from the front camera are processed on your device during the check-in and then discarded. Nothing is written to your camera roll and nothing is uploaded.

Do I need an account?

Not to run a check-in. An account is only needed if you want your history to follow you to a new phone.

Do I need a smartwatch or chest strap?

No. EyeZenith only uses the front camera on your phone.

How accurate is the Focus Score?

It is an everyday, directional indicator — useful for spotting your own patterns over a week, not a precise measurement. Treat it the way you’d treat a step count.

Is this a medical or clinical product?

No. EyeZenith is a general wellness and productivity app. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and it should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

Which languages are supported?

English, Turkish, German and Korean, including the eight coaching voices.

How do I cancel?

Through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at any time. During the three-day trial nothing is charged and no card is required.

How do I delete my data?

Settings > Privacy > Delete all data inside the app, or email us and we’ll do it for you. See the privacy policy.
